<dim:field mdschema="dc" element="description" qualifier="abstract">Global trends require continuous analysis of the impact of fiscal policies on the resilience of computer systems in the automotive industry. The research approach is based on a strategic framework related to the design of a cost-effective system, which balances the appropriate level of resilience with the available budget. By combining different strategies, companies can more effectively influence resilience and maintain availability and a higher level of reliability through the performance of certain statistical projections. Fiscal effects strengthen the business environment and redirect production through the inflow of financial resources through the system of taxation of suppliers and producers. In addition to other positive results, the stimulating effects of government policies enable the growth and possible decline of the automotive industry. The purpose of the research is to develop a discourse based on the experiences that have emerged from several different studies and projects. Using a methodological approach, we presented a graph model that includes consumer reactions to changes in the cost price of final products, the market share of different types of vehicles, and the price elasticity of demand. The results of the research show that fiscal policy can redirect the production and consumption of final products, reducing environmental progress.</dim:field>
