Stojković The Establishment of LEDIB Cluster House Project is a business development project consisting of the small-scale construction works, interior design and staff recruitment. The project management was enabled through application of the basic concept implemented in 6 stages: Project Objective and Description; Identification of the Project Manager and Team; Project Implementation Timeline Planning; Identification of the Required Resources and Finances; Implementation Monitoring and Necessary Interventions and Project Closeout. The basic objective of the Project is the closeout (completion) in the shortest period of time and with the lowest expenses.
