Богдановић M. Hadžić Serbia is a predominantly imported country, but with great export potential, especially when agricultural products are concerned. At the production stage, Serbia has a huge potential for growth. Further analysis of the agricultural products imported and exported, their degree of processing, the location from which they originate and where they are being placed, as well as numerous problems and barriers in import and export, have resulted in numerous knowledge that served as the basis on which the holistic model was built for active stimulation of export of agricultural products of Serbia. By researching the data from the Business Registers Agency, referring to producers of agricultural products, the result was that the profitability was higher for those who sell agricultural products of higher processing. In this way, the aforementioned model for export promotion has gained direction and goal, which is to create a favorable climate in Serbia for producers to transfer their products to a higher degree of processing, and thus export to the foreign market. This would result in an increase in the value of exports of Serbian agricultural products, and consequently a rise in profitability with the producer. article 1 35 50 1820-9165 Економија - теорија и пракса
