Marjanović In the last twenty years climatic changes have become a serious problem all significant world organizations have to face with. They are required to unite efforts and coordinate activities attempting to find particular solutions, so this problem could be diminished. Traffic represents one of the greatest polluters, so that the adoption of some solutions for reduction is necessary. In accordance with certain proposals worked out bu the European Commission, all member states should adopt national legislation, in order to enforce own car producers to place on the market automobiles with lower carbon dioxide emission. These proposals are mostly based on national regulations.
