relations. The focal point of analysis is the design of Shared Services Centre-SSC, by using a method of Workflow
Management, WFM. The authors point out strategic and organizational, political, technical and economic
motives for establishing SSCs. The paper also describes a conceptual model and process of designing SSC.</dim:field>
