The model is applied on the example of demand prediction on the sale of products of the Centropromet Cuprija enterprise with the aim of bringing to balance the level of the width of the assortment and an adequate level of stocks. The model is based on the expert knowledge of those knowing the movements at the market of products of plastic masses, the so-called granules, the existing real and projected trends in sales of granules.
