The products and services quality control is based on numerous standards and models, in particular, on quality evaluation of products or systems, environment and/or processes. In terms of the engineering management, system engineering methodology is an unchangeable intellectual and analytical tool of research and management of complex phenomena in technical and other numerous disciplines.
