                    <dim:field mdschema="dc" element="description" qualifier="abstract">While work was previously seen in the light of the individual motivation and individual devotion, today it is much more emphasized as the work of the organization at whole. Deming (1986) especially underlines this fact, mentioning that the variations in the work results are not only a result of the individual differences but also of the system that managers implement and control – factors that are out of the individual’s control.  Having this in mind, Deming particularly points to the great importance of the system, process and culture in order to reach the best organizational results.
In this study the basic accent is given to the whole organization and its work, although in the scope of this environment there is a certain role played by the issues of the individual and team work. Therefore the special attention will be given to the development management and human resources organization  in the scope of TQM (Total Quality Management), as well as to the organizations that educate (learning organizations) – the initiatives that directly influence the work of the organization and refer to the challenges in human resources management.
