Radović The subject of this paper is the analysis of the movement of share prices in the net results of the sampled companies listed on the Belgrade Stock Exchange in Sector I – Accommodation and Food Services. In this research the financial statements of the sampled companies from Sector I were used. The financial statements provide information about the company business, ie. information of the financial position of the company and the business performance. All companies listed on the Belgrade Stock Exchange have presented their financial statements in their prospectus. The share prices are given in the prospectus, as well as the price list on a certain date of stock business operations.
