Many practical and theoretical models have been developed and set to evaluate tourism destination competitiveness. Although there are many indicators of destination competitiveness, not many authors dealt with the problem of defining sustainable indicators to be incorporated into the evaluation of the competitiveness of a tourism destination. This paper deals with Sustainable indicators as part of the model for evaluating the competitiveness of Serbia as a tourism destination (TOURCOMSERBIA model). The TOURCOMSERBIA model bridges this gap in the literature, relying on the specificity of competitiveness evaluation for Serbia and its competitive set.
