                    <dim:field mdschema="dc" element="description" qualifier="abstract">To obtain its competition, company has to have at least one extra competition advantage than other companies have. Most companies today have access to the same technologies, so technology itself is not enough to dispart one company from others. Management system and employers usually are factor that can make the difference (Dessler Gary, 2007.2). Considering employers are the part of company which can make competition advantage comparing with others, human resource management has responsibility to obtain, select, motivate, educate and develop, reward and retain its employers. Except all financial indicators and benefits, organisatin value is perceived through new dimension and that is employers quality. The aim of this paper is to indicate the importance of human resources in modern tourism.</dim:field>
