Creativity, innovation, entrepreneurial activities, the ability to respond to the rapid spread of knowledge, the balance between individual, local, national and global, between tradition and modernity, between competition and cooperation, fostering an open mind, providing equal opportunities for all, mediating love for learning, curiosity, recognition of mistakes, promotion of understanding and tolerance, openness to another and different... the list of qualitative qualities of those who teach and teaching the lesson seems endless, and the person who needs to bring these traits seems to exist only in the imagination. Competencies point to a set of necessary knowledge, skills, skills, value attitudes that enable to realize complex activities in a complex area of upbringing and equali complex education.
