<dim:field mdschema="dc" element="description" qualifier="abstract">An integrated database of earlier geological exploration by Soviet and Mongolian geologists was compiled for the purposes of uranium exploration in Mongolia from 2006 to 2011. The database is founded upon 28 Soviet reports and ~300 maps the cover nearly the entire territory of Mongolia. Not included are high mountainous areas and a belt adjacent to China. In the mapped regions there are ~1100 anomalies, whose positions were defined per the above-mentioned reports and maps. The paper describes the part of the database related to the region of Dornogovi (southeastern Mongolia).</dim:field>
