ways to reach this goal is the methodology for reliability design of motor vehi cle. The stage of design is the most&#xD;
important in the life cycle of motor vehicle. Reliability design, within stage of design, directly correlat es with the&#xD;
reliability of motor vehicle.&#xD;
The problem of practical methodology for reliability design of motor vehicle was solved by developing methodology&#xD;
for this purpose. The bases of developed methodology represents a contemporary approach of design that comprises the&#xD;
phases of conceptual, preliminary and main design with the application of method for reliability design within these&#xD;
phases. Due to the available space, this paper pays attention to the phase of conceptual design of vehi cle reliability.&#xD;
