<dim:field mdschema="dc" element="description" qualifier="abstract">Bosnia and Herzegovina has not systematically approached the process of introduction of ICT in public administration. Thus, public administration still do not provide e-government services which would facilitate communication between citizens and businesses on the one hand, and government services on the other. Introduction of standardized e-Government solutions is further omitted by the fact that public administration use different operating systems and software solutions, with the lack of horizontal and vertical electronic communication. This paper gives a proposal on how the use of modern Internet technologies could provide relatively easy, quick and inexpensive way to create e-Government services in the form of web applications. Such solutions can operate on different platforms and operating systems, meet the safety criteria, can communicate and exchange data with remote servers, and can be visually integrated into existing web portals.</dim:field>
