Cvetković Bosnia and Herzegovina has not systematically approached the process of introduction of ICT in public administration. Thus, public administration still do not provide e-government services which would facilitate communication between citizens and businesses on the one hand, and government services on the other. Introduction of standardized e-Government solutions is further omitted by the fact that public administration use different operating systems and software solutions, with the lack of horizontal and vertical electronic communication. This paper gives a proposal on how the use of modern Internet technologies could provide relatively easy, quick and inexpensive way to create e-Government services in the form of web applications.
