<dim:field mdschema="dc" element="description" qualifier="abstract">Abstract - The Web 2.0 context with its interactive and personalized communication essentially alters the image of mass, one-way media, gives them a two way dimension as the main features of a new generation of webs labeled by the term the new media. The user from the passive becomes an active participant in Internet communication whose habits are changed by creating technical and infrastructural conditions. The public discourse takes place through two-way communication, interaction, participation in online community gathered around an Internet service (blogs, forums, web pages). In addition to economic and political, the Internet revolution, in addition to economic and political, opens up pedagogical expectations reflected in a new culture of constructivist-based learning (informal, individual, self-directed, cooperative, mobile learning) which requires more than the availability of technical capabilities. The Web 2.0 opens new connectivity points and presentations in the context of virtual social networks (Facebook as a platform for learning and collaboration), and a complex information exchange, through various channels and resources, opens up new educational potentials in terms of increasing reflection and flexibility reflected by new strategies, structures, learning cultures which will be discussed more in this paper.</dim:field>
