                    <dim:field mdschema="dc" element="description" qualifier="abstract">Big Data Analytics has attracted a lot of attention from academia and industry. Vendors of enterprise solutions are competing in the development and implementation of such systems in any sphere of business, including telecommunications, banking, hospitality and others. However, most companies still do not understand the importance of these systems and their impact on the profitability and competitiveness. In this paper, modern concepts of big data analytics, with a focus on trends in information technologies and Sentiment Analysis, have been primarily explained. Furthermore, a case study of represented systems has been demonstrated using Pandora system. The aim of this paper is to expand the awareness and use of these systems in the hotel industry.</dim:field>
