                    <dim:field mdschema="dc" element="description" qualifier="abstract">University practice today propose two learning methods. First method is traditional in which teacher and
students are in same room, teacher teach and students learning. The second is distance learning system, in which
teachers and students may, but don’t have to be in the same room. Not long ago distance learning was considered to be a
quaint but irrelevant university responsibility heaving little to do in higher education. Today distance learning has
become a very good practice. Distance learning systems are a promising option to deliver education to children who
have access to none today. In this paper we compare advantages and disadvantages of traditional student tests
and modern student tests. For this purpose we create student tests in form of desktop application and students
done tests through application.</dim:field>
