                    <dim:field mdschema="dc" element="description" qualifier="abstract">This paper proposes a new algorithm to generate high-quality cryptolographic secret keys based on shared randomness and public discussion over  public channels. The key subsystem is correlated multivariate source of randomness, which is based on data received from the public service monitoring globall flight data of civilian air transport. Experimental verification of the proposed protocol confirms its theoretical expected performance.</dim:field>
