Vujović Modern technology changed the way how travel agencies work and led to increasing study of this field in educational institutions in recent years. Because of the study complexity there was a need for a different learning approach which resulted to in creation of educational tools based on interactive teaching methods, such as business simulations. Their importance in education is reflected in facilitating knowledge acquisition by students that have been able to make independent decisions and anticipate their consequences.
