                    <dim:field mdschema="dc" element="description" qualifier="abstract">This paper explores the psychological aspects of acceptance and use of artificial intelligence (AI) in management, marketing and business decision-making. The key factors that influence the employee attitudes towards AI are: trust, perceived usefulness, autonomy, competence and connection. The paper relies on relevant psychological theories such as Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Self-Determination Theory (SDT), and provides an overview of modern research on the impact of AI on motivation, psychological well-being and work experience. The main goal of paper is to show how AI can be integrated in a way that supports psychological safety and professional development of employees.
