<dim:field mdschema="dc" element="description" qualifier="abstract">Empowering women in Montenegro's tourism sector is essential for driving economic growth, social inclusion, and sustainable development. Despite the industry's expansion, women face significant barriers in leadership, entrepreneurship, and fair employment opportunities, including limited access to financial resources, training, and networking. The research highlights the significant challenges faced by women entrepreneurs in Montenegro's tourism sector, emphasizing the need for empowerment to drive economic growth and social inclusion. Key barriers include limited access to financial resources, gender biases, and bureaucratic obstacles that hinder women's ability to establish and grow their businesses. To address these issues, the study suggests implementing mentorship programs, tailored training, and enhancing networking opportunities, which can help create a more inclusive and resilient tourism industry that benefits both women and the broader community.</dim:field>
