<dim:field mdschema="dc" element="description" qualifier="abstract">This paper explores the impact of executive coaching as a non-formal education method on enhancing leadership skills, particularly focusing on the development of active listening. In a case study involving a CEO in the energy infrastructure sector, a structured coaching process was implemented over four months, utilizing the GROW model to identify goals and assess progress. Through various practices, the coachee (CEO) demonstrated notable improvements in a number of communication traits. Results indicate that enhancing active listening not only improved individual performance but fostered team dynamics and task delegation. This study highlights the importance of integrating coaching into professional development, emphasizing its role in cultivating leaders suited for modern organizational environments. The findings contribute to the broader understanding of lifelong learning and continuous enhancement in leadership skills.</dim:field>
