<dim:field mdschema="dc" element="description" qualifier="abstract">In this article, we propose an original idea for storing and protecting the biometrics data on the cards. Appliance of hybrid cards - optical memory cards with the embedded chip, like a carrier of complex and multiple biometrics data. Optical memory cards with its capacity represent perfect medium, which far surpass capabilities of standard chip cards. Also the chip implemented on the card allows usage of the symetric crypto algorithm for protecting biometrics data. Security, sand and redundancy of records are the main comparative advantages of these cards in practical appliance for purpose of identification and authentication. In this work, we will give a view of originally developed software written in C++ and C# for user application, and in script language for implementing algorithm onto the chip. Software is designed to write and read biometrics data from the card with automatically encryption/decryption as well as the process of recognition. Experimental analysis is implemented on examples from the original database of chosen biometrics parameters.</dim:field>
