For companies to keep up, position themselves, and face challenges in the tourism sector such as attracting and retaining experts and talents, it is necessary for the HR sector to take on many initiatives and activities to fully meet their expectations. Therefore, it is important to emphasise that adjusting HR practices according to the trends and needs of the hotel sector should be very frequent. For these reasons, it is necessary to create an organisational culture in companies that encourages innovation, motivation, and engagement of hotel professionals. Continuous care for these experts in companies becomes a necessity and one of the essential conditions for their retention</dim:field>
